Britain accuses groups linked to China of 'malicious cyber campaigns' targeting voters and lawmakers

British Deputy Prime Minister Oliver Dowden on Monday said that the Chinese state was behind a "malicious cyber campaign" on the U.K.'s Electoral Commission.
