Loomis, Rocklin agree to settle suit over proposed Costco

Loomis and Rocklin's respective leaders have agreed to settle a lawsuit over a proposed Costco Wholesale Corp. store on Brace Road, likely allowing the warehouse retailer to get under construction soon.
