Anthony graduated from Xavier High School in Manhattan and continued both his undergraduate and graduate education at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut, wherein he earned his MBA in Finance.
In September 2014, Anthony began his career at luxury brokerage Laird Klein Realty in a part-time administrative capacity. In 2015, he became a New York State licensed real estate salesperson and has never looked back. In fact, his very first sale, 125 Annfield Court on Todt Hill, sold for $2.65 million dollars, setting the record for the highest residential home sale on Staten Island in 2015. Year after year, Anthony continued setting home-sales records across the Island's premier neighborhoods. In December 2019, Laird Klein Realty became Staten Island's first Sotheby's International Realty affiliate; Anthony helped oversee part of this transition. In 2019, adding to his many accomplishments, Anthony Volpe earned the Staten Island Board of Realtors Top Producer - Silver Award.
Anthony's most recent record-setting sale was a non-penthouse luxury condo at The Accolade, 90 Bay Street Landing, in December 2020, which sold at $753/PSF with the assistance of Casandra Properties' fellow broker Robert Nixon.
