PowerSchool public offering set for next week could raise up to $908 million

Folsom-based PowerSchool plans to sell 39.5 million shares of its common stock in an initial public offering later this month priced up to $20 per share, which could garner the education technology company $789.5 million, before commissions, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Monday.
