Known for his integrity, dedication, and no-nonsense approach to plumbing, Thornton has become a trusted name in Phoenix and surrounding communities for over four decades.
In a lighthearted but symbolic gesture, Tom marked the occasion by “knighting” his successor, Jesse Guerrero, with a ceremonial plunger—a nod to the down-to-earth humor and camaraderie that have always been a hallmark of the company culture. Guerrero, who has been with Sav-On Plumbing for the past 10 years, is no stranger to customers. Known for his expertise, professionalism, and approachable style, he has earned the respect of both clients and coworkers alike.
“Jesse isn’t just a great plumber; he’s a great person,” said Thornton. “He’s been by my side for a decade, learning the ins and outs of the business and earning the trust of our customers. I couldn’t imagine leaving Sav-On in better hands.”
