Dr. Hayden launched Natural Nutmeg Magazine in 2007 with nothing more than passion, a laptop and a dream. She built the magazine from only 50 distribution points to over 2000 in Connecticut over the last 17 years. "In the last 3 years, our distribution has tripled," said Hayden.
