BetterSleep Launches Podcast Series Offering Science-Backed Guidance To Help People Reclaim Sleep

The New Bi-Weekly Series Features Leading Sleep Experts Translating Science Into Practical, Real-Life Solutions To Improve Sleep

BetterSleep, the leading sleep and wellness platform, today announced the launch of The Rest Report: Conversations on Sleep and Wellbeing – a biweekly podcast designed to help listeners better understand what’s disrupting their sleep, and take meaningful steps to improve their rest.

About one-third of the U.S. population struggles with sleep, and as many as 50 to 70 million Americans experience chronic sleep disorders like insomnia or sleep apnea. With this, sleep has become an area of growing concern and interest, with an overwhelming number of products, apps, and opinions flooding the wellness space. To cut through the noise, BetterSleep is launching The Rest Report to reinforce its role as a trusted voice in sleep wellness and offer a reliable pathway from insight to action, connecting listeners with credible experts and comprehensive care partners.

“Sleep struggles can feel deeply personal and isolating. I know this firsthand,” says Nathalie Walton, General Manager of BetterSleep. “For years, I woke up at 3 a.m. searching for answers, trying every remedy I could find. That experience became even more personal when my son began struggling with sleep and was eventually diagnosed with complex sleep apnea.”

Over the course of a year, Walton consulted more than 40 specialists, including neurologists, ENTs, respiratory therapists, and sleep scientists, learning firsthand how factors like breathing, hormones, light, sound, and behavior shape sleep quality. Understanding the need for better sleep comprehension, Nathalie Walton herself will host the podcast. Each 20-minute episode features candid conversations with leading sleep, health, and wellness experts, offering clear, science-backed insights and actionable advice. The Rest Report is designed to be insightful, empathetic, and solution-oriented. Alongside Walton, experts will share insights with real-world context to ensure listeners leave feeling informed, not intimidated, and empowered to take action.

Notable podcast guests include Dr. Brooke Scheller, a doctor of Clinical Nutrition, certified nutrition specialist, and the founder of the Functional Sobriety approach; Dr. Jordan Stern, New York Times Best Selling author, an award winning Head and Neck Surgeon and sleep specialist; and Dr. Shelby Harris, a clinical psychologist and sleep specialist.

“What I learned is that better sleep is not about hacks or quick fixes. It is about understanding what is actually happening in your body and having access to clear, trustworthy guidance,” Walton adds. “The Rest Report was created to give listeners confidence and direction so they feel supported, hopeful, and equipped to improve their sleep.
