Inland Launches Institutional Asset Management Platform

Vertically Integrated Platform Designed to Provide Asset Management Service to Institutional Investors in Alternative Commercial Real Estate Sectors

Capitalizing on its brand power and vertically integrated commercial real estate capabilities, The Inland Real Estate Group, LLC, part of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc. ("Inland"), today announced the launch of its institutional asset management platform, Inland Institutional, LLC (“Inland Institutional”), to provide comprehensive alternative investment solutions to institutional investors. Inland, with approximately $16 billion in assets under management, enters the institutional space well-positioned as a premier alternative asset manager with a substantial track record established over five decades.

Inland Institutional will build upon Inland’s half-century of industry expertise and proven track record of raising over $30 billion in capital and executing over $14 billion in institutional transactions.
