Midwest Benefits Veteran Tricia Schmidt Joins Alliant Insurance Services

Ohio-based benefits consultant to continue Alliant’s regional growth trajectory

Tricia Schmidt has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. The addition of the Midwest employee benefits veteran continues Alliant’s regional growth trajectory with a focus on the Ohio market.

Schmidt has more than 25 years of insurance and employee benefits experience and is a leading consultant in the greater Ohio market. Her multifaceted approach to the benefits process includes plan optimization, large claimant cost containment strategies, and employee engagement.

Schmidt earned her bachelor’s degree in theatre from Otterbein University. She is also a highly regarded speaker who has held national speaking engagements on topics such as private exchanges, international benefits, diversity and inclusion, captives, and wellness ROI.
