Marquis Who's Who Honors Ryan C. Feldmann, PMP, for Success in Management

UNIONDALE, NY / ACCESS Newswire / November 14, 2025 / Marquis Who's Who honors Ryan C. Feldmann, PMP, for success in management and leadership in the aerospace and defense sectors. As the deputy director at CS Group, he focuses on expanding the company's U.S. presence and building a foundation for sustained growth.

U.S. Expansion and Industry Insight

With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Feldmann's role at CS Group centers on business development and strategic planning. "So far, I've already hit 50% growth, and I have line of sight to hit 200% growth by the end of my second year," he says. He is also working toward opening a second location in Wisconsin to strengthen the company's operational capacity.

Mr. Feldmann remains attuned to what's happening in the sector. "People are chasing to be cheaper," he says. "There's a lost generation [of engineers] in the avionics industry inside the U.S. because everything shifted to India in the late 90s and early 2000s." Another trend he highlights is how companies are beginning to recognize the value of on-site versus remote workers. As a result, there's a growing demand for on-site engineers.

A Leadership Model Built on Cooperation

Early in his career, Mr. Feldmann had as many bad managers as good ones. The former had a profound impact on him. "I got stuck underneath one such person, and he fed bad habits in me," he says. In addition, he realized the most competitive and assertive people were promoted and rewarded. This and other experiences inspired him to create a different work environment.

"I've developed my own reward and recognition measures that run on cooperativeness," says Mr. Feldmann. This unique management structure allows engineers to choose their managers. Additionally, progress is measured through transparent performance matrices. The outcome is a workplace culture where employees take ownership of their growth.

Career Growth Through Perseverance

Mr. Feldmann's professional journey began in his hometown in Wisconsin, where he earned an associate degree in computer programming from Southwest Wisconsin Technical College in 1998. Despite early skepticism from supervisors about his credentials, he proved his capabilities through dedication and long hours. He often took on multiple shifts to rescue delayed projects. This determination led to recognition and steady career advancement.

In 2009, Mr. Feldmann earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, work and family responsibilities while pursuing higher education. His career progressed through various technical and management positions at AVISTA Inc. While there, he became a technical project manager, engineering manager and program manager.

Recognition and Professional Contributions

Before joining CS Group, Mr. Feldmann was a senior program manager at Belcan, where he received the RGA Award in 2023. The honor recognized his exceptional community involvement and dedication to diversity and inclusion. Furthermore, his team nominated him for the award, which reflects his impact as a mentor and motivator.

Mr. Feldmann also holds multiple professional certifications. These credentials include Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, a Certified ScrumMaster, a certified Scrum Product Owner and a Certified Agile Leadership I from the Scrum Alliance. Additionally, he is an active member of the Project Management Institute and advocates for onshore development to strengthen U.S. technical expertise.

Dedication to People and Purpose

Mr. Feldmann is invested in the potential of the next generation of professional engineers. His mentorship has helped many team members achieve career milestones in half the typical time. He believes that success comes from lifting others up. As a result, he hopes to leave behind a management culture that rewards cooperation over competition.

Outside of his professional work, Mr. Feldmann is involved in charitable efforts. The activities include support for children's soccer programs and the University of Wisconsin-Platteville diversity initiatives. He also enjoys woodworking and spending time with his family.
