Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 28, 2008, Wabash National Corporation issued a press release announcing several
key initiatives to further optimize the Company’s manufacturing cost structure. As part of this
effort, the Company announced plans to build a new production facility in Franklin, Kentucky and to
make improvements to the existing Lafayette, Indiana facility. A copy of the Registrant’s press
release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
