On July 15, 2008, Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its updated outlook for the second quarter ended June 30, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
