On Aug 16, 2010, Shinhan Financial Group (“SFG”) filed its 2010 1H Business Report (the “Business Report”) with the Financial Supervisory Service of the Republic of Korea (“Korea”) pursuant to the Financial Investment Services and Capital Market Act of Korea.
