Flow International Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release dated December 3, 2009 reporting results for the Company’s second fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1. The Company will hold a conference call to discuss the results on Thursday, December 3, 2009, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time (1:30 p.m. Pacific Time).
