Change of responsibilities within the Executive Committee

Compagnie Générale de Géophysique (ISIN : FR0000120164 ; NYSE : GGY) announced today the appointment of Christophe PETTENATI-AUZIERE as Senior Executive Vice President for Geophysical Services, replacing Gerard CHAMBOVET.

Gerard CHAMBOVET is appointed Senior Executive Vice President for Strategic Planning, Control and Technology.

Investor Relations remain under the supervision of Christophe PETTENATI-AUZIERE and continue to be managed by Christophe BARNINI.
