ITEM 8.01 Other Events.
It is with profound sadness that AMCON Distributing Company announces that Allen
D. Petersen, member of the Board of Directors, died on Sunday, October 28, 2007
at the age of 66.
The management and employees of AMCON Distributing extend our deepest sympathy
to Mr. Petersen's family during this time of loss.
