             On January 27, 2009, Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Citizens Community Federal, issued a press release announcing a quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share payable on or about February 19, 2009.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
