On June 18, 2014, the Registrant announced a June 30, 2014 Record Date for its upcoming rights offering of its common shares in accordance with its Registration Statement on Form S-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (File No. 333-195270) on April 15, 2014, as amended. It is anticipated that such offering will commence on or about July 7, 2014, and terminate on August 8, 2014; provided that the Board of Directors of the Registrant may extend the offering in its sole and absolute discretion until August 22, 2014. |
