Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On February 17, 2015 the Company issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference, announcing the appointment of Mr. Mack D. Good as Chief Operating Officer. The Company also announced that Mark A. Williams, the Company's current Chief Operating Officer and Gerry L. Blackshear, Vice President of Exploration, will be leaving the Company to pursue other interests.
