Explanatory Note: The following is an English translation of a newspaper advertisement published on February 2, 2018, in the Netherlands pursuant to Dutch law.

In connection with the contemplated legal merger between: Comet II B.V. (as “Acquiring Company”), Comet I B.V. (as “Acquiring Parent”) and Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. as disappearing company, the documents prescribed by law have been filed with the trade register. Each of the companies involved has its corporate seat in Amsterdam and address at Prinses Beatrixlaan 35, 2595 AK The Hague. These documents as well as the other documents prescribed by law are also made available at the offices of the companies involved. These documents will be available for inspection until the merger becomes effective and at the offices of the Acquiring Company and the Acquiring Parent for six more months afterwards.
