Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders

Epizyme, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 9, 2014. The following is a summary of the matters voted on at that meeting.

 

  a) The stockholders of the Company elected Andrew R. Allen, M.D., Ph.D. as a class I director, for a three-year term ending at the annual meeting of stockholders to be held in 2017. The results of the stockholders’ vote with respect to the election of Andrew R. Allen were as follows:

The terms of office of the following directors continued after the Annual Meeting of Stockholders:

As previously disclosed, Thomas O. Daniel, M.D. and Kazumi Shiosaki, Ph.D. did not stand for re-election at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Dr. Shiosaki delivered a written resignation to the Company on June 9, 2014 confirming that she no longer serves as a director.

 

  b) The stockholders of the Company ratified the selection of Ernst & Young LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014. The results of the stockholders’ vote with respect to such ratification were as follows:
