Other Events
On September 20, 2011, Satyam Computer Services Ltd (Mahindra Satyam) (the “Company”) regretfully intimated the demise of Mr. C Achuthan, a Government nominee and Independent director, who was nominated on the Company’s Board of Directors by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, pursuant to the Hon’ble Company Law Board order dated January 09, 2009.
Mr. C. Achuthan as a Director in Mahindra Satyam played a significant role, in steering the Company during the turmoil in 2009.
