On November 3, 2010, Dot Hill Systems Corp. announced that it had signed an OEM agreement with Lenovo in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, Lenovo will market its own branded storage solutions based on Dot Hill’s 3000 Series of storage arrays. The agreement does not contain any minimum purchase commitments and may be terminated at any time upon notice from Lenovo.
