Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 16, 2010, Lumber Liquidators Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K under Item 5.02 reporting that the Board of Directors had appointed Mr. Peter B. Robinson to serve as a new director of the Company effective April 1, 2010. At the time of that filing, Mr. Robinson had not been appointed to any committees of the Board of Directors. The Company is filing this Form 8-K/A to report that on May 7, 2010, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Robinson to serve on the Compensation Committee effective May 8, 2010.
