On December 11, 2007, AmerisourceBergen Corporation (“Registrant”) issued a news release announcing that it will reaffirm its earnings guidance for the first quarter and fiscal year 2008 at its annual Investor Day Meeting to be held later today in New York. The time, date and webcast availability of the Investor Day Meeting were previously announced in a news release issued on December 4, 2007, which was filed as Exhibit 99.1 to Registrant’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on December 7, 2007. The news release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and the slides that Registrant will present at the Investor Day Meeting are filed as Exhibit 99.2 to this report. Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 are incorporated herein by reference.
