On November 23, 2005, Jonathan H. Paul and Paul D. Kazilionis resigned as directors of Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. (the “Company”). Their resignations are effective as of November 23, 2005.

 

The Company’s press release announcing the resignation of Messrs. Paul and Kazilionis is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1.
