(1)	The shares of the Issuer reported in this Form 3 are owned directly by Deutsche Telekom Holding B.V., as a result of a contribution of such shares by T-Mobile Global Holding GmbH to Deutsche Telekom Holding B.V. effective December 31, 2013, pursuant to an internal restructuring. Deutsche Telekom Holding B.V. is a wholly owned subsidiary of T-Mobile Global Holding GmbH, which, in turn, is a wholly owned subsidiary of T-Mobile Global Zwischenholding GmbH. T-Mobile Global Zwischenholding GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG. Each of T-Mobile Global Holding GmbH, T-Mobile Global Zwischenholding GmbH and Deutsche Telekom AG disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of the securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
