On December 21, 2010, as previously reported on Form 8-K filed December 27, the Board of Directors of S.Y. Bancorp, Inc. elected Richard Northern to the Company's Board of Directors effective January 18, 2011.  On January 18, 2011, the Board appointed Northern to the Company's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
