Other Events

On February 21, 2009, Satyam Computer Services Limited (“Satyam”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) met on February 21, 2009 along with its advisors. The press release announced the acceptance by the Board of the resignation of Satyam’s statutory auditors, Price Waterhouse, effective immediately, as well as several other matters discussed by the Board during the meeting. Satyam has not yet appointed successor statutory auditors. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. A copy of Price Waterhouse’s resignation letter dated February 12, 2009, is attached hereto as exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
