(b) On January 15, 2010, Michael P. McManus resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Company will actively search for a new Chief Financial Officer and, in the interim, John L. McManus will serve as the principal financial officer of Aeolus Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
