Other Events
 
On April 23, 2009, Deer Consumer Products issued a press release announcing a 1-for-2.3 stock split. The reverse stock split will become effective with the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board at the opening for trading on April 24, 2009 under the new stock symbol DCPD. The new CUSIP is 24379J 200.  There will be no change in the par value of the shares or the number of authorized shares.
