| | On July 25, 2016, Triumph Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it will close its Triumph Interiors, LLC - Oakdale facility in Oakdale, Pennsylvania on or about March 31, 2017. Work being performed at the facility will be transferred to other Company facilities. The closure is part of the Company’s previously announced transformation strategy.
