(1)	Mr. Kenny reports the following shares included in beneficial ownership: 22,419 shares held indirectly in the name of his wife, 1,045 shares held indirectly in the name of his minor son and 550 shares are held indirectly in the name of his minor daughter. It is noted that these were a total of 1,100 shares gifted by the wife of Mr. Kenny to their children that are shown in Table I. While these 1,100 shares were gifted, they remain part of indirect ownership, as they were gifted within the immediate family.
(2)	500 shares were gifted to a non-related party for which the reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of all shares.
