(b) On
July 25, 2007 Dennis D. Vegas announced that he is stepping down as Senior
Vice
President and Chief Marketing Officer of Mexican Restaurants, Inc. to pursue
other interests. Mr. Vegas’ resignation is effective on July 31,
2007.
