Wednesday, December 5, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing
the Company completed its two million share stock repurchase program,
which was authorized by the Board of Directors on October 24, 2007,
and
announced that the Company’s Board of Directors on December 3, 2007,
authorized a second stock repurchase program pursuant to which the
Company
may purchase up to an additional 2,000,000 shares of the Company’s common
stock in open market or negotiated transactions through December
3,
2008. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as
Exhibit 99.
