Item 7.01.              Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 31, 2006, Home Solutions of America, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Home Solutions") issued a corrected press release reporting earnings for the fourth quarter of 2005 and for the year ended December 31, 2005.  The March 31^st press release corrects the press release which was issued by Home Solutions on March 30, 2006, which incorrectly stated net income for the fourth quarter of 2005.  A copy of the March 31^st press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, is being furnished pursuant to Regulation FD and is incorporated by reference herein.
