Ohio woman who vanished with kids nearly 20 years ago identified after bone found in submerged SUV

Stephanie Van Nguyen, an Ohio woman who vanished with her two children nearly 20 years ago, has been identified from a human bone that was found in a submerged vehicle pulled from the Ohio River last year, authorities said Monday.
