Suit over Billy Packer's Olde Beau country club can go to trial, judge says

A 2015 partnership to establish a recreational vehicle park at Billy Backer's Olde Beau country club fell apart in 2016. But one-time partner Morris International of Davidson contends Packer wrongfully went behind its back to make a new deal with another marketer.
