Nick Mannella as the company's Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Samantha Word as Vice President of People.

Having led sales and marketing of outsourced business processing services for government and commercial clients for more than 14 years, Nick offers extensive expertise in developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy to grow and maintain customer care, business process solutions, and digital services with a relentless focus on transforming the consumer experience. A veteran BPO executive, Nick brings vast experience from large scale BPO providers (such as Xerox/Conduent) servicing domestic, near-shore, and offshore locations.

Nick's years of experience include specialization in sales, client management, and marketing. He is a proven business partner driving over $2B of closed and implemented BPO business in the past ten years alone. Nick is highly qualified to lead our growth aspiration and understands the importance of outstanding culture, continuous improvement, and innovation to Helpware's employees and clients. With his industry expertise and business acumen across healthcare, tech, government, hospitality, gaming, and retail industries, we are confident that Mannella's leadership will be integral in driving our continued growth.

Nick resides in Lexington, Kentucky, the future home of Helpware's HQ and current home of the world's best bourbon and Horse Racing.

As the Global VP of People, Sam is responsible for curating each phase of the employee lifecycle to promote engagement, performance, and a platform for innovation. She leads Helpware's Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Human Resources disciplines, all of which are foundational to culture-building practices across our Global Helpware teams. Prior to Helpware, Sam most recently served as the first Global People Strategist for TaskUs, a company of 18,000+ employees. In her time there, she implemented several globally aligned initiatives, served as a key contributor in the creation of the TaskUs remote workforce model, and led various data-driven policy and process changes, all while continuing to promote a people-first approach to the organization. Sam is a growth oriented people leader who is passionate about cultivating talent and empowering the employee population to truly be agents of change.
