Medxtractor Corp. ("MXT") cancels Agreement for Market Stabilization and Liquidity Services (the "Agreement") with Mackie Research Capital Corporation ("MRCC")



Calgary, Alberta - TheNewswire - October 2, 2020 - (CNSX.MXT.CN) James Durward reports: "As required by the Agreement, MXT has provided notice of cancellation to MRCC. All fees payable under the Agreement have been paid. This cancellation is due to MXT's belief that the cash that would be used for the fee going forward will be better used in MXT's growth initiatives."
