About Leonard De Los Prados, CPA: Mr. De Los Prados is a Certified Public Accountant in Beverly Hills and has been providing comprehensive accounting, tax, and management consulting services since the founding of his firm in 1982. He holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). After graduation, he joined the international accounting firm of Arthur Young & Company as a staff auditor. For two years, he held financial management positions with Litton Industries, Inc. He headed the accounting department of the Nuclear Division and later managed the Financial Planning and Analysis department of the B-1 Bomber Program at Rockwell International for a total of ten years. Mr. De Los Prados has lectured at the UCLA Extension Program and holds a California Teaching Credential. He is fluent in Spanish and provides international consulting services. He has served as Trustee and Accounting Expert Witness. He has also been Court appointed as Debtor In Possession Accountant by the United States Bankruptcy Court on Chapter 11 cases.
