MONTREAL, QUEBEC - TheNewswire - January 6, 2020 - Dundee Sustainable Technologies Inc. ("DST" or the "Company") (CNSX:DST.CN) announces the resignation of Mr. John Lindsay from the Board of Directors.

Mr, Lindsay served with distinction as Director of DST since April 26, 2018. On behalf of the Board of Directors, the management team and DST's shareholders, Brian Howlett, President and CEO of the Company thanks Mr. Lindsay for his valuable service and contributions and wishes him the best in future endeavours.

The Board of Directors of DST is currently evaluating alternatives with respect to appointing an independent director to fill the current vacancy.
