Trump slams China over farm trade as U.S. delays tariffs on computers, cell phones

The Trump administration took a two-pronged trade approach to China on Tuesday, as President Donald Trump blasted Beijing over halting agriculture imports while the U.S. Trade Representative’s office said it was delaying tariffs on certain Chinese goods.
