Illinois legalizing cannabis could help New York, New Jersey do the same, says U.S. pot CEO

The legalization of recreational adult marijuana use in Illinois, set to be instated on Jan. 1, 2020, could pave the way for other states to follow suit, says Cresco Labs co-founder and CEO Charles Bachtell.
