Advocacy groups push for rules to curtail Duke Energy's political and charitable spending

NC WARN and Friends of the Earth contend such spending by Duke Energy and other utilities is "unjust and unreasonable" and ask North Carolina regulators to adopt strict rules to limit it in the future.
