Morgan Stanley Launches Year Two of Feeding Kids Around the Clock - 24 Hours of Volunteer Activities Worldwide to Help in the Fight Against Child Hunger

Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) today announced year two of “Feeding Kids Around the Clock,” 24 hours of employee volunteer activities dedicated to raising awareness of child hunger. Giving back to its communities is a core value for Morgan Stanley, and for more than 40 years, the Firm has been committed to helping children get a healthy start in life. Having access to food is essential to this mission. Building on the impact of last year’s inaugural initiative, which provided nearly 1.9M meals in one day, Morgan Stanley employees around the world will volunteer and see the impact one day of service can have on an organization, a community and a child’s life.

To kick off the 13th annual Global Volunteer Month, Morgan Stanley employees around the world will join together on June 1 to provide food for children in need. During this 24-hour period, activities will take place at nearly all times, using Morgan Stanley’s global footprint to make an impact in the communities where we live and work. Thanks to our global partners and Feeding America® in the U.S., there will be 137 projects taking place in 72 cities globally. Employees and the public will be able to follow along as meals are tracked and events take place around the world at www.morganstanley.com/global-volunteer-month and on social media @MorganStanley.

“Giving back and giving children a healthy start to life is rooted in who we are as a firm,” said Joan Steinberg, Global Head of Philanthropy at Morgan Stanley. “Our amazing employees are excited to once again unite with their colleagues around the world on this one day to make an impact in the communities where we live and work and help fight against child hunger.”
