The main objective of the Pay It Forward campaign was to encourage job seekers while also providing an opportunity to earn a paycheck and support their families in time for the Holidays. From Nov. 13 through Dec. 22, employers could obtain a qualified candidate to assist them in one of the busiest times of the year.
Express Employment Professionals took another initiative by donating $50 to Lighthouse for Women and Children for every job seeker hired and new client referred to the recruitment company in Thousand Oaks, CA. Express was honored to donate to the local charity which serves homeless women and children.
