CAPIS Announces Retirement of Jim Morrow, COO

Capital Institutional Services, Inc. (CAPIS) announced today that its long serving Chief Operating Officer, Jim Morrow, will retire effective January 15, 2018. Jim Morrow will have completed 28 years of service with CAPIS and played a key role in the success of the firm. “Jim’s accomplishments over the past 28 years at CAPIS have been invaluable to the continued success of CAPIS,” said Kristi Wetherington, CEO. “He has been unwavering in his commitment for CAPIS to be the leader in providing innovative products and services to our clients.”

Following his retirement, Morrow will be under contract with CAPIS as a consultant to provide expertise while investigating opportunities for the acquisition of businesses that complement the current CAPIS lines of business.
