Philip Morris International Inc. Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend of $1.07 Per Share

The Board of Directors of Philip Morris International Inc. (NYSE / Euronext Paris: PM) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $1.07 per common share, payable on January 11, 2018, to shareholders of record as of December 21, 2017. Investors are advised that the ex-dividend dates have been adjusted as a result of an amendment adopted by the SEC to Rule 15c6-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 that shortens the settlement cycle from three business days after Trade (T+3) to two business days after the trade (T+2), effective September 5, 2017, and will affect ex-date changes for any record dates as of September 7, 2017, and going forward. The ex-dividend date will now be one business day prior to the record date.
