Five Prime Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: FPRX) reported a wider than expected loss for the third quarter of $1.54 per share from a loss of 72 cents per share a year earlier. Shares of the biotechnology firm collapsed $17.90 to close at $25.86.
